Registration Deadlines:

Super Early Bird: On or Before 1/12/24 = $469
Early Bird: From 1/13/24 to 3/8/24 = $499
Final Registration: From 3/9/24 to 5/10/24 = $529

Chaperone Details:

Bring one chaperone age twenty or older for every six students.
Chaperone cost: $425

IMPORTANT: After submitting your group registration form please send at least a $50 deposit for all students & chaperones included to the following address. Checks should be made out to Church of the Lutheran Brethren with Elevate 2024 in the memo line.

Payment Information & Covenant

Due to policy changes with the YMCA of the Rockies, I acknowledge the individuals listed in this group registration form are not guaranteed a spot at any of the ticket prices listed above until a $50 deposit per individual has been received. Ticket prices will be based on the postmark of the deposit sent.

After the deposit has been submitted, I acknowledge that for each individual spot secured our church is responsible to pay the full cost of that registration to the Church of the Lutheran Brethren. All registrations are required to be paid in full no later than 5/10/24, regardless of if an individual ticket is used or not.

By providing your name/signature below you agree that you are an authorized agent of the church that is registering and understand that providing this consent electronically is the same as if you had signed in writing.
