This course introduces the use of mentoring as a foundational component in the learning process in all the courses that are available in the LB Discipleship Institute. This course will cover the key parts that a trust relationship and good learning processes play in effective mentoring. The factors that make a trust relationship will be discussed. Learning methods that make a mentoring relationship work well will also be covered.
