Greetings from Japanese LB Church Representatives

Pastor Haruya Ito, who, along with his wife Fumi, is a ministry partner with missionaries Dean and Linda Bengtson, and Yosefu Kaneta, president of the Japanese LB Seminary, joined us for the biennial convention this year. Monday morning, Pastor Ito shared a greeting.

Along with a greeting from Ito, they presented two gifts. One was a painting of the vine and the branches, painted by Pastor Ito’s father, who was one of the first five pastors of the Japanese LB Church. The second gift was given to Lutheran Brethren International Mission to help fund the building of the high school in Chad.
